Karene Cruz Obituary, Woman 53, killed in Lancaster County crash has been identified

Karene Cruz Obituary – Karene Cruz, aged 53 and hailing from Chester County, was the victim of a fatal accident in Lancaster County on Monday morning.

The incident, involving three vehicles, occurred on Hershey Road (SR743) in Mount Joy Township between Route 283 and Beverly Road at 7:14 a.m.

The Dauphin County spokesperson confirmed the tragic news. The Dauphin County Coroner’s office determined that Cruz’s death was due to multiple traumatic injuries and classified it as accidental.

Upon responding to the scene, Northwest Regional Police found Cruz unresponsive and administered CPR before she was transported to the hospital, where she later passed away.
