Kenny Dean Locklear Death – The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office has announced that they are investigating the death of a man from Pembroke as a homicide.
Kenny Dean Locklear, aged 47, was discovered deceased at an address on 2663 West McDuffie Crossing Road in Lumberton on Saturday afternoon, according to Sheriff Burnis Wilkins.
