Following a protracted illness, Christy Nicole Dodd, a devoted wife, mother, sister, and daughter, passed away quietly on Tuesday, April 16, 2024. In her last moments, she was surrounded by love and laughter from her spouse and family. She was forty years old.
Christy was born in St. Louis, Missouri, and spent her early years in Ozark, Alabama. She graduated from Carroll High School and Wallace Community College with a cosmetology license.
Christy was stunning, and she enjoyed using her skills in hair and makeup to help other people feel attractive as well.
Later on, Christy moved on to manage operations at Aubree Jo’s Furniture in Dothan, where she made a lasting impression on everyone she encountered and was adored by all of her clients.
Cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family were all things Christy loved to do. The best thing in her life by far was her passion for becoming a mother to Makenzey and Collins.
Christy’s unique personality and contagious laugh were experienced by everyone who had the pleasure of getting to know her.
