53 Years Old Jamelle Monque Best Passes Away In Tragic Goldsboro Shooting
A somber atmosphere descended upon a Goldsboro home on Saturday afternoon, amid the news that two people had been found injured by gunshots.
Around 4:30 p.m., Goldboro police officers converged on the 400 block of Fussell Street in response to a rapid welfare check.
When they got there, they saw a depressing scene inside the house with a man and a woman bleeding from gunshot wounds.
Elainna Michelle Ebersole, 44, and Jamelle Monque Best, 53, were determined to be the unlucky victims. Sadly, the police verified that both spirits had been declared dead at the site.
The Goldsboro Police Department is devoting its serious investigation to this terrifying event.
