James K. Brusenhan Obituary, Man killed in two-vehicle hit and run identified by police as pedestrian
James K. Brusenhan Obituary – A man who was hit by two vehicles that fled the scene on Columbus’ Far East Side has been identified by the police. James K. Brusenhan, 66, was crossing East Broad Street at Richmond Woods Drive when the incident occurred at 12:59 a.m. on Friday.
The first vehicle, traveling westbound on East Broad Street, struck him and left the scene. The impact caused Brusenhan to be knocked into the center turn lane, where he was then hit by a 2016-2018 Toyota RAV4 in the eastbound lane. The driver of the SUV also fled. The police are currently investigating the crash.
