Lesly Garcia Rivera Death – The Wisconsin State Patrol has identified the deceased semi-truck driver involved in a collision in Manitowoc County as Terrence Fesing, a 57-year-old resident of Chilton.
The unfortunate incident occurred on April 16 when a car failed to yield at a stop sign on Maken Rd. at County Highway F. As a result of the collision, Fesing’s Mack Pinnacle overturned.
The driver of the car, Lesly Garcia Rivera, who is 20 years old, was airlifted to a hospital in Neenah and is expected to recover.
Currently, no enforcement action has been taken against Rivera as the investigation is still ongoing.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office, along with the fire departments from St. Nazianz and Newton, provided assistance at the crash scene.
