Bill Darling Obituary – The Lindale Police Department has confirmed that a pedestrian lost their life while attempting to cross Highway 69 close to Interstate 20 last Friday. The incident occurred at 8:16 p.m. when the pedestrian was struck while crossing from the QuikTrip gas station to McDonald’s.
The victim, identified as Bill Darling, 60, from Oregon, was hit by a Dodge 3500 truck and unfortunately passed away at the scene. The authorities at Lindale PD are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into the tragic crash.
