Mike Hall was born on August 25, 1957, in Appling County, GA, to the late John Thomas “J.T.” Hall and the late Inez Poole Hall. He worked as a supervisor at Plant Hatch for Southern Company for 32 years and was a member of Red Oak Baptist Church.
