Charlie Sutherland Obituary, Death, Largo, Florida, Cherished Resident Of Largo Has Passed Away

Charlie Sutherland Obituary, Death – Charles James Sutherland, Jr., a cherished father, son, and brother, died away on June 27, 2023, at the age of 71, in Lexington, Kentucky, his hometown. He was surrounded by his loved ones at the time of his passing.

His life was full of loving kindness, family, long walks, audiobooks, dad jokes, golf, and, of course, his dogs. Charlie’s life was filled with all of these things. The Southland Christian Church was Charlie’s place of worship, and the Southern Hills Methodist Church was his neighborhood church.

His parents, Charles “Jock” James Sutherland and Theresa Dudley Sutherland, both passed away before he was born in Lexington, Kentucky. A graduate of Tuscaloosa High School, Centre College, and the United Kingdom College of Law, he obtained his degree. with the end of his career with Sherrow, Sutherland and Associates, Charlie retired.

Christi Pepper, who is married to Seth, lives in Punta Gorda, Florida; Katie Bowen, who is married to Matt, lives in Lexington, Kentucky; and Shelby Orthmeyer, who is married to Grant, also lives in Lexington. Mr. Sutherland is survived by his women. Jock (P.J.) Sutherland, his father, and Glenn (Liz) Sutherland, his brother, were his role models.

Michelle Carter and Mandi Willert, both of whom are married to Brian, are his nieces. The grandchildren of his children, Rigs and Mitch Bowen, as well as Kenzie and Rhett Pepper. Emmerson Carter and Harper Willert, his great nieces, and George Carter and Hunter Willert, his great nephews, are his great relatives. His mother had passed away before he did on this earth. A memorial ceremony will be held from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 6th, at Signature Club in Lexington, Kentucky.

The Celebration of Life will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to honor the deceased. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be made to either the Southland Christian Church or the Lexington Humane Society, with the phrase “Helping Through Him Ministry” written in the designated memo line.

All of these are extremely valued and appreciated. Kindly acknowledge the depth of my appreciation! When Charlie arrived, he brought a ray of sunlight into every single place on the entire earth! I would want to express my hope that you will not be hesitant to make use of this information for his benefit. Because of your thoughtfulness, I am grateful. Charlie will be laid to rest on Saturday, according to the plans that have been made for the burial service.
