Thomas Cunneen Obituary, Death – Thomas Cunneen, High Bridge, Kilfinane, Limerick, Ireland High Bridge. The 11th of March, 2024 was the day that Thomas abruptly passed away at his residence. Both of his parents, Paddy and Bridie, as well as his siblings, Mary and Willie, passed away before him.

Dedicated and cherished spouse of Mary, as well as devoted father of Thomas and Georgina. Sadly, his devoted brother John, his sisters-in-law, his brothers-in-law, his nieces and nephews, his extended family, and a large number of friends who will always appreciate him will miss him.

In the second grade, he became acquainted with Mary Cunneen, who would later become his future wife. In 1959, they tied the knot, and they have been together for 61 wonderful years. In addition to his devotion for his nation, he served in the United States Army.

After retiring from Dollar Savings Bank as a Vice President, Tom went on to get a variety of roles in the field of information technology management. Together, Tom and Pat enjoyed spending their time away from home. They would spend their winters in Islamorada, Florida, and their summers at the Island Beach Motor Lodge in New Jersey. When it came to Tom’s life, the most important things were his friends and his family.

When you saw Tom, you knew that you would almost certainly have a terrific time, filled with a lot of laughter and humorous anecdotes. According to the words of one of his close friends, “Tom always made you feel that you mattered.” Mary, his wife, and their three children, Patti Larke (Tommy), Peggy O’Hara (Jim), and Jimmy (Eileen), are the only people who will remember him after his passing.

All of his grandchildren, including Ryann and T.J. Larke, Matt (Rebecca), Brian, and Erin O’Hara, as well as Connor, Liam, Aidan, and Fiona Cummings, were quite dear to him. Caitlin and Caroline O’Hara, his great-grandchildren, were the source of his greatest happiness and pride. At this time, there will be no formal service; however, we are planning to hold a memorial mass and celebration of Tom’s life in the forthcoming year of 2024.
