Peter LoPilato Obituary, Death, A Life Celebrated, A Legacy Remembered

Peter LoPilato Obituary, Death – This past weekend, Peter LoPilato, the founder of Ryder Magazine and a close friend of the BCT, passed away. It is with great sadness that we share the news on his passing.

The members of the BCT crew considered Peter to be a dear friend, and the contributions that he made to the theater will never be forgotten. “Peter” After a brief illness, Peter G. Klasner, 64, of Wells, Maine, who had previously resided in Wilmington, Massachusetts and Londonderry, New Hampshire, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at York Hospital.

He was surrounded by his family at the time of his passing. After graduating from Billerica High School and continuing his education at Lesley College, Peter Klasner was born on November 10, 1958. His parents, Roy and Mary Klasner, raised him in Billerica, Massachusetts, where he also received his degree. After receiving his degree, he went on to work for Analog Devices, where he eventually became an equipment engineer. He will retire in 2020, having worked there for 43 years.

Peter relocated to Wells in 2016, which gave him the opportunity to engage in activities that he enjoyed the most, such as spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, attending family events, riding his Harley, going on adventures, fishing, and hanging out with his friends.

He is survived by his wife, Pam O’Brien, who resides in Wells; five daughters and their husbands, including Amy Klasner and Michael Murphy, Katie and Robert Atwood, Jessica and John Turner, Shauna and Jacob Meilan, and Molly and Michael Colantone; three siblings and their spouses, including Karin and Lee LoPilato, Sandy and Jerry Kamitian, and Donald Klasner and Sharon Legendre; and a large circle of extended family and friends.

Mr. Peter was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, as well as a friend who was compassionate and generous. For all of eternity, he will be in our hearts. The memorial service for Peter will be place at Litchfield’s Restaurant, located at 2135 Post Road in Wells, Maine, on Sunday, June 4, 2023, from one to four o’clock in the afternoon.
