William Anderson Obituary, Death – The Ogeechee Area Hospice Inpatient Facility in Statesboro, Georgia was the location where Mr. William Ronald “Ronnie” Anderson, who was 67 years old, passed away on March 11, 2024.
His parents, Willie Ronald W.R. Anderson and Hazel Frost Anderson, welcomed him into the world on October 28th, 1956 in Chatham County. In 1974, Ronnie received his diploma from Southeast Bulloch High School. Parkview Manor in Reinbeck, Iowa was the location where William “Bill” Anderson, who was 73 years old and lived in rural Traer, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
The French-Hand Chapel of Abels Funeral and Cremation Service in Reinbeck will be the location of the visitation that will take place on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, beginning at 4:00 p.m. and continuing until 7:00 p.m. At 10:30 in the morning on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, there will be a funeral service performed at Amity Church, which is located in the rural area of Reinbeck. Lincoln Township Cemetery will be the location of the private burial service that will be arranged by the family. We ask that memorial contributions be made to the family.
The 18th of December, 1950 found Bill being brought into the world in Waterloo, Iowa, by his parents, Clifford Anderson and Mildred Guffey Anderson. His childhood was spent in the Reinbeck, Dinsdale, and Traer areas, and he received his high school diploma from North Tama High School in the year 1969.
Following that, Bill continued his study at Hawkeye Tech, where he eventually got an associate’s degree in farm mechanics to complete his schooling. Then, for a considerable amount of time, Bill was employed with B & M Tractor Service.
After that, he worked in maintenance and housekeeping duties for Hawkeye Community College, and then he retired from the University of Iowa in 2015. At the Amity Church on November 17, 1973, Bill and Penny Kern exchanged their vows and became husband and wife.
After spending a few years in Reinbeck, the couple eventually relocated to the family property in rural Traer, where they have been living ever since. Both Bart and Bret, who are identical twins, were welcomed into their family. In addition to the Iowa Hawkeyes, Bill was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
Additionally, Bill was a passionate collector of artifacts related to the International Harvester. Moreover, he was a member of the IH Club Chapter 5 in addition.
On the other hand, the thing that brought him the most happiness in life was spending time with his family, particularly his grandchildren. His favorite thing to do was to go to their sporting events and activities.
Penny, his wife of fifty years, his sons Bart Tonya Anderson of Indianola, Iowa, and Bret Rachel Anderson of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, his grandchildren Raelyn, Vincent, Samuel, Broderick, Graeme, Abbey, and Everlee, and his sisters Karma Dave Wanamaker of Altoona, Iowa, and Nancy Pettit of Waterloo, Iowa, are among those who are left behind after Bill’s passing. His parents had passed away before he got to this point.
