Student Sophia Bennett, who was sixteen years old and a sophomore at Washington Township High School, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident immediately after the collision. It has been said that Bennett participated in athletics while attending WTHS, where she was particularly successful in the disciplines of softball and swim.
In accordance with the information provided by 6abc.com, the funeral services for Sophia Bennett are scheduled to take place on the first Monday of April in all of 2019. According to Egizi Funeral Home in Turnersville, there will be a visitation on Monday at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church in Washington Twp., beginning at nine in the morning and continuing until one in the afternoon.
Immediately after this, there will be a service. At St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Chews Landing, where she will be placed to rest for all of eternity, the body of Bennett will be transported to be laid to rest.
