Last summer, Kate Kaufling, a University of Kentucky student from Louisville, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a challenging form of bone cancer. Despite her bravery and resilience, Kate’s battle with cancer has come to an end. Former UK Dance Team coach Dawn Duncan Walters shared the heartbreaking news of Kate’s passing on social media.
