The only person he plans to leave behind is his mother. This individual is survived by his wife of 46 years, Loretta Lay Bentley, one daughter, Crystal (Buford) McIntosh of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, one brother, Toby Bentley of Jonancy, one sister, Tonya (Phillip) Newsome of Hazard, and two grandchildren, Anna Bartley and Dylan Bartley.
He was married to Loretta Lay Bentley for 46 years. She also has a significant number of nieces and nephews in her family. Timothy was cherished by each and every person who knew him.
On Tuesday, at eleven o’clock in the morning, funeral services will be held at the Hall & Jones Funeral Home, with Dewayne Smith serving as the officiant.
The burial will take place at the Cam Allen Cemetery in Pikeville after the service. The funeral home will open its doors for visitation on Sunday evening after 6:00 PM, and the funeral services will begin on Monday evening at 7:00 PM.
