Tragic news from Casey, Illinois as Lois Ann (Fleming) Comer, a local resident, has passed away. The unfortunate event occurred on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 11:57 a.m. at Heartland Nursing and Rehab in Casey. An 86-year-old woman has sadly passed away.

In Quincy, Illinois on May 21, 1937, David Ross Fleming and Eulalia Pearl (Faulk) Fleming welcomed a new addition to their family – a child was born. In a heartwarming turn of events, a beautiful baby girl has become the newest addition to their family.

In a heartwarming development, a precious addition has joined their family. The proud parents have joyfully welcomed their newborn daughter, who has been given her mother’s name.

A wedding ceremony took place in the town of Bement, Illinois on August 26, 1956. In a recent ceremony, an unidentified bride exchanged vows with Richard Ray Comer.

Tragically, on July 28, 2017, he passed away, leaving a profound emptiness in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known him. Tragically, the husband has passed away after a long and enduring sixty-year marriage.

A number of individuals survive her, including her children: Diana Nash and Terry, Rick Comer and Tammy, and David Comer and Sonya. Additionally, her grandchildren Jamie Smith and Sam, Chris Nash and Brandy, Terra Davis and Joe, Carolann Roedl and Ed, Taylor Comer, Michaela Gray and Peter, Madison Atkinson and Andrew, Naomi Comer, and Gracie Comer are also left behind.

She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, her Church family, and a significant circle of friends. Unfortunately, the bride-to-be faced a major obstacle on her wedding day.

In a devastating turn of events, she found herself unable to proceed with her wedding after the heartbreaking loss of her parents and brothers, Carl Fleming, Jerry Fleming, and Richard Fleming.
