Brenton, who suffered a cardiac arrest and tragically went too long without oxygen to his brain, was announced deceased on Monday, April 1, 2024. In a final act of generosity, his organs were donated, potentially saving the lives of others.
Born on March 12, 1986, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Brenton was the embodiment of joy and was often described as the life of the party. He was a proud graduate of Captain Shreve High School and went on to further his education at Bossier Parish Community College. Professionally, Brenton made significant contributions as a Senior Staff Landman-Haynesville at NextEra Energy Resources, demonstrating both dedication and expertise in his field. Above all, Brenton was a devoted husband to Mallory Jordan Liles, sharing a love that was deeply admired by all who knew them.
In response to the sudden loss, a GoFundMe campaign has been initiated by family friend Danielle Wilkinson to support Mallory and the family during this incredibly difficult time. The campaign aims to assist with funeral expenses, outstanding medical bills, and the financial challenges of transitioning to life without Brenton’s income.
