Cecil Walker Death, Former Employee At Widows Creek Steam Plant Has Died
Cecil Walker Obituary, Death – A gentleman by the name of Cecil “Red” Walker, who resided in Bridgeport and was 77 years old at the time of his demise, was accompanied by his family on the day that he passed away, which was April 1st, 2024.
Red resigned from his work at the Widows Creek Steam Plant in order to be able to accomplish his goal of being financially independent during his retirement years.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda Maynor Walker; his sons, Scotty and Tracy Walker; his sister, Brenda Thomas, who is married to Gary Thomas; his grandchildren, McCartney Evans (Caleb), Tristan Walker (Brianna), Matthew Arnold, and Jaden and Alexis Leake; his great-grandchildren, Tucker, Nellie, Copelin, Cal, Alaia, and Charlie; his nieces, Michelle, Patty Susan, Mona, Kay, and Angela; and his nephews, Joseph, Mark, and Wes.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Ronnie and Jerry Walker, as well as his sister Rose (Joe) Sparkman. He was the last of his family members to pass away.
His demise was brought about by the fact that they had passed away before he did. It was not only that he had passed away, but also that his parents, Leonard Walker and Catherine Walker, had also passed away. There will be a reception held on Friday, April 5, 2024, commencing at eleven in the morning and running until three in the afternoon.
