Robert Ford Obituary, Death – The demise of Robert L. “Bob” Ford, who served as a court security deputy for the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, is something that we must mention with a strong sense of sorrow.
After beginning his career in law enforcement with the White Hall Police Department, Bob worked his way up through the ranks to become the Chief of Police, Assistant Chief of Police, and Patrolman of the department from the beginning. Following his departure from the White Hall Police Department, he obtained a position as a part-time Patrolman with the Roodhouse Police Department for a period of several years.
Bob accepted an employment with the Greene County Sheriff’s Office in 2023 as a Court Security Deputy, and he continued to serve in that capacity until the time of his passing until the time of his passing.
