“Large American cities, especially NYC, Chicago, Philadelphia, San Francisco etc. are quickly becoming unlivable because of the outrageously high crime rate. I would hate to live in one of these cities, where you have to FEAR for your life EVERY day when you are in your way home from a long day at the office.”

This incident emphasizes how important it is to keep enforcing laws that effectively combat crime and preserve public safety in the city’s essential subway system.
