Spread the love

Melissa Sue Russell Obituary, Death – Kevin cherished Melissa Sue Russell, his 46-year-old wife in Lisle. Kylie, Ty, Ally, Brooke, Caden, Sullivan, and Harper were her seven gorgeous children, and she was a loving mother to all of them. Every moment Melissa spent with her family demonstrated her unwavering love for them.

A Loving Sister and Daughter

Melissa loved her family more than just those in her immediate household; she was the devoted daughter of Susan Quenzler and the late John Brands. Being the beloved sister of Ryan Brands (Tammy Butkus) and Peter (Christy) Brands, she had a unique relationship with her siblings. Everyone who knew Melissa could sense her warmth and love, especially for her beloved nieces and nephews.

Embracing Community and Faith

Community was at the heart of Melissa’s life. She was comforted and strengthened by her faith, which she demonstrated by her participation in St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Lisle. Her commitment went beyond her religious group because, as an Oak Brook teacher for the Butler School District, she had a positive impact on many people’s lives.
